This blend is a precise combination of our Guatemalan dark roast coffee, paired with the same coffee but roasted light, bringing some fruitiness to the cup. . . No doubt, we’re proud of this coffee, so we named it in honor of our hometown and business location. “Sodus” comes from the native word for the bay just a few miles from our shop, “Assorodus”, which means “Silvery Waters”. We love our community, we love the water, and we love coffee.
