The sugar cane decaf is sourced the same way as the Risaralda Single Origin, and then it is delivered to a decaffeination plant in Manizales, Caldas (Colombia) where it undergoes the decaf process prior to export.
 
This coffee is by far our most complex, naturally sweet, and flavorful decaf coffees to date.
