We have a new coffee available for a limited time only! We’ve decided to keep this coffee as a light roast, making it our only current “light” option. For you light roast drinkers, we think you’ll enjoy this one. This is a 2017/18 harvest, washed processed, and grown in the Cerrado tropical region of Brazil.

Tasting notes:

  • Dark brown sugar
  • Grapefruit
  • Granola

This coffee has a dry mouthfeel and, for a light roast, a surprisingly mellow acidity. Great as a drip coffee but also shines as a pour over(so we think). Try it out!

NEW COFFEE – Guatemala San Antonio

We are excited to introduce our newest coffee as we phase out of Rwanda this season, as much as we love our Rwanda light roast. This fall, winter, and much of spring, we’ll be roasting a washed bourbon, caturra, pache variety from Guatemala, grown in the San Antonio region.

In this cup you’ll get notes of Orange liquor, milk chocolate, and walnut, with a very mild acidity.

Looking for an excellent medium-roasted coffee with a nutty flavor, slight notes of chocolate, and mellow acidity? This coffee is for you!

This washed process Caturra, Catuai varietal coffee from Honduras is organically grown at 1400-1700m. This coffee is washed, processed, and dried on the farm patios to ensure optimal quality and preservation of the characteristics of the coffee.

We’re brewing this as a single-origin espresso in the coffee trailer, and have been really enjoying a french press cup at home. Be sure to stop by the trailer or order your bag to try it out!

We are so excited to announce the addition of our newest coffee, Peru. This particular caturra/catuai varietal coffee from Peru is grown at 1300-1800m in the Chonta region of Peru.

This coffee will be a darker roast, with a mild acidity and creamy body, with notes of cocoa, candied lemon, and caramel. Our Papua New Guinea is on it’s way out for the season, so this will be offered in it’s place.

We can’t wait for you to try this coffee! It’s now available to purchase on our website, and will ship out next week!

Until next time,

The New Website & a Little “About”

This is a basic yet genuine welcome. We are so glad you’ve decided to check out Imprint Coffee Roasting and the products we offer. We are passionate about coffee, building up communities, and being a positive place in the midst of darkness. Our goal is to leave our mark, Christ’s mark, on the communities we work with, both here in upstate NY and in the locations we source coffee from.

We roast per order for individuals, retail, coffee shops, churches, etc. All of our products are fair trade, despite the lack of the fair trade logo being on our bags. That is simply because it cost a lot of money to have the stamp…like, several thousand dollars. Maybe someday we’ll get one, but for now it seems wise to place our money into something that can benefit both the growth of Imprint and our relationships first.

We hope you order some coffee and try it out for yourself! Be sure to follow us on facebook & instagram and check back here often to see where the trailer will be located! 🙂
